Hire Resolve is assisting a leading fabrication company in their search for a Senior Finance Manager to be based in Krugersdorp. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company and ensuring efficient financial management and compliance.

Responsibilities: 

Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements Prepare and analyze financial reports for management Assist with budgeting and forecasting Monitor and analyze financial performance Develop and implement financial processes and controls Provide financial guidance and support to senior management Manage financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field Professional qualification (CA, CMA, etc.) is preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of financial operations and regulations Experience in the fabrication or manufacturing industry is preferred Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and interpersonal skills
