Senior Finance Manager
Description We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join our team in Irwindale, California. As a key figure in our Service industry team, you will be managing the day-to-day financial operations within the company and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: • Oversee daily financial operations such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions • Develop long-term business plans based on financial reports • Analyze market trends and competitors to minimize financial risk • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting for senior company leadership • Support project analysis, validation of plans, and handle ad-hoc requests • Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems • Interpret and review financial information for predictive future financial trends • Produce financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc. • Review, monitor and manage budgets • Report to management and stakeholders, and provide advice on how the company and future business decisions might be impacted. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Service industry • Proficiency in Accounting Functions, Annual Budget, Auditing, and Budget Processes • Demonstrated expertise in Financial Modeling and ability to Develop and manage Complex Financial Models • Strong skills in Data Mining Techniques • Proven experience in Financial Analysis and ability to Analyze Financial Statements • Experience in Flux Analysis and KPI Reporting • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field • Familiarity with financial software and advanced proficiency in MS Office applications • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus.
