Senior Finance Manager

We're looking for a Finance Manager to join the JLL Business Services (JBS) business line.
 

Reporting directly to the EMEA Head of FP&A, this role has responsibility for budgeting & forecasting, financial decision support analytics and performance management for our Work Dynamics (WD) business in the EMEA region.

The EMEA WD Senior Finance Manager will work collaboratively across a highly matrixed organization with business and finance partners in each Function / Business Line, Global, Regional and local FP&A teams, as well as with vertical and regional business line finance partners.

Responsibilities:

Regional Reporting

Develop financial models to support forecasting and scenario planning, incorporating key financial and operational performance driversCollaborate with cross-functional teams to aggregate financial data into regional financial models for comprehensive reporting and analysisCoordinate and provide guidance on the forecasting/budget process, working closely with partners to align financial goals and objectives

Strategic Insights and Decision Support

Provide strategic insights and analysis to support key business decisions, including strategic planningConduct financial analyses, variance analysis modelling, and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesAssist in the development and implementation of long-term (3YP) financial strategies and business plans

Technology & Operational Efficiencies

Drive process efficiency across the region, business lines and countriesIdentify and implement report standardization, streamline processes, and leverage new technologies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of financial planning and analysis functionsCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and integration of new processes and technologies

Performance/Bonuses Regional Management

Participate in the automated Target Bonus Project and work with relevant stakeholders to move WD to Target BonusesCoordinate and manage the regional bonus process collaborating with Rewards and HR

Requirements:

10+ years of increasingly responsible financial experience with an outstanding professional record in a large and matrixed finance organizationExperience in a large, complex, global companyFinance or Accounting Bachelors degree; CPA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualifiedFluent English mandatoryAdvanced oral and written communication skillsAdvanced MS Excel skills required. Experience using the PeopleSoft environment and financial planning and consolidation tools. Tableau proficiency a plusStrong financial, analytical and organizational skillsSeeks to understand drivers that move margins and actively manages to improve bottom line efficienciesExperience using information technology as it applies to finance to drive performance and productivity enhancementsAbility to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively, establishing priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing team environmentAbility to collaborate across many levelsHigh level of attention to detail and accuracy and ability to make effective decisions and solve problemsFlexible and adaptableExcellent interpersonal skills / interpersonal sensitivityDemonstrated consistency in values, principles and work ethicA desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment
