We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team. You will handle financial reporting, plan consolidation, cost forecasting, and reconciliation of cost pool allocations. Expertise with CostPoint and Cognos is essential.

Responsibilities:

Monthly and quarterly financial reporting.Annual plan consolidation.Monthly indirect cost forecasting.Reconciliation of cost pool allocations.Maintenance and configuration of CostPoint financial structures.Ad hoc financial reporting.Develop financial models and interpret data.Present financial reports to stakeholders.

Essential Skills:

Expertise with Deltek CostPoint and Cognos.Knowledge of indirect rates, cost allocation, and Cost Accounting Standards.Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and relevant industries.Advanced Excel skills.Data management and report writing skills.7+ years in FP&A, project control, or accounting.5+ years using Cognos and Deltek Costpoint.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field; Master’s preferred.Experience with Power BI is a plus.Ability to work independently.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $155000.00 - $165000.00/yr.
