Senior Finance Manager

Our Customer Success Unit (CSU) Finance team is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to partner with our business to look at the intersection of our Consumption and Unified businesses to help establish an optimal resource allocation for our Customer Success Organization by understanding our cost structure and business outcomes our resources drive. This position will be critical to help frame and drive efficiencies that AI and Co-Pilot enable for our strategies, mapping existing structure and partnering with the business to evolve our overall strategy. This role will partner closely with our Core teams leaders, as well as our Capacity Teams to support CSU Leaders and other MCAPS Finance teams to design orchestrate and land our CSU Blueprints in light of our Delivery Strategies. In alignment with our Microsoft values, we are committed to cultivating an inclusive work environment for all employees to positively impact our culture every day. **Responsibilities** Prioritize + Drive delivery strategies in a way that maximizes the impact of our Cloud Consumption with our Customer Success resources. + Identify and define productivity measures to optimize resource allocation choices in ways that accelerate our Cloud consumption and maximize our unified yield. + Influence support delivery strategies to create value to our customers by delivering Consumption-driven activities. + Drive analytics, understand, summarize the Core Cost performance and structure of the CSU team + Lead financial rhythms that help understand the performance of our Support Delivery business into our Cloud performance Partnership + Partner with CSU Leaders to frame delivery strategies in light of new AI and Copilot strategies. + Partner with various CSU Leaders to identify levers that can create positive impact in Cloud Consumption + Build business case and support cost models in key strategic initiatives led by the CSU Other + Embody our culture and values **Qualifications** **Required/Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field + OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related fieldo OR equivalent experience. + **This role does require you to be onsite 2-3 days a week.** + **Redmond, WA** + **Atlanta, GA** **Preferred Qualifications** + 5+ years’ financial analysis and planning experience or business analysis experience + MBA with accounting background Preferred + Advanced experience with all Microsoft Office Apps particularly in Excel, PowerBI + Advanced experience in managing complex and dynamics financial modelling with multiple tiers of input and output, manipulating larget data sets will be preferred. Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.
