JOB DESCRIPTION:
Location: Hong Kong
Position Type: Full Time, permanent
Reports to: Financial Controller
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily finance and accounting operations Responsible for financial statements, KPI and management reporting for month end closing, quarterly reporting and YE closing Act as the key finance business partner for different business units Deliver analysis and provide insights for performance drivers Manage monthly forecast and annual budget Ensure compliance with local tax and accounting regulations, responsible for statutory audit, profit tax filing for HK, Singapore branch and Taiwan branch Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards Provide ad hoc financial support for local and regional projects and special assignments
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. CPA qualification is a must Minimum of 10 years solid experience in accounting, audit experience with recognized audit firms is a plus Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and local tax regulations Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills. Knowledge in SAP would be an advantage. Experience in system enhancement and transformation Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team Able to handle multi-task, self-motivated, well organized with a strong sense of accountability Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Able to work under pressure and tight schedule in a dynamic working environment independently
