Our established client in the healthcare space is looking for a Senior Finance Manager FP&A to join their team. Reporting to the Director FP&A, the Senior Finance Manager - FP&A will lead a divisional FP&A team in analyzing data, driving performance, and supporting business decisions. \r\n

You are responsible for performing financial data analysis, assisting with the period-end reporting packages, preparing the annual budgets, and supporting the quarterly forecasts as well as other special projects as assigned.\r\n

Responsibilities of the Senior Finance Manager is as follows but not limited to:\r\nCollaborate, build, and maintain relationships with the Operations Directors and other operational leaders\r\nMaintain industry knowledge and maintain co-operative relationships with internal and external partners\r\nLeverage financial, business, and ERP knowledge to drive process improvements and create efficiencies for the FP&A team and Operations\r\nCoach, mentor and retain a highly skilled FP&A team\r\nManage or contribute to special projects as required\r\nSupport the preparation of the month end management presentation deck for senior management review\r\nInterpret the financial results and provide insights on variances to budget and prior year and identify key risk\/opportunities and work collaboratively with operations to support action plans to address at risk homes\r\nPrepare and present management reporting packages and financial analyses and business insights to support strategic initiatives\r\nSupport MD&A and internal and external auditors inquiries\r\nSupport all accounting and operational functions related to period end close activities\r\nLead the preparation of the divisional annual budget\r\nCollaborate with various stakeholders to develop inputs and assumptions for the budget and forecast process\r\nAnalyze budget against forecasts and prior year and ensure budget adheres to regulatory and financial targets\r\nIdentify and highlight any risks and opportunities and report results and actions to executive leadership and other stakeholders as needed\r\n\r\n
