Essential Functions:
Develop and manage the annual operating budget and maintain quarterly operating forecastAnalyze financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insight to drive improvementsIdentify cost-saving opportunities within the operational activities and lead implementation of initiatives to achieve financial targetsOwn the finance activities for Jport operations including close, account reconciliation, annual physical inventory and reporting results to leadershipPartner with JV Controllership team to ensure and consistency of accounting processes, drive controllership awareness throughout the operating team, ensure financial compliance and uphold Company’s commitment to integrity;Develop relationship different stakeholders (Leadership, Operations and other Finance functions) inside and outside the JV to proactively drive long-term growth initiativesCommunicate financial results and insights to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise mannerEnsure accuracy and timely completion of annual audit, local statutory requirements, and reporting of entities balance sheet and profit-and-loss statementsPartner with GE Vernova and Baker Hughes Corporate teams, shared services supporting the JV and external auditors to ensure excellence of operational & processes including statutory and tax filing, audit processes and account reconciliationsBasic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related fieldMinimum 3 to 5 years relevant work experience in a Finance role with supply chain backgroundDesired Characteristics
