How you will make contributions that matter:

Are you a finance leader with a passion for driving business success? We're looking for a dynamic Senior Manager - Finance Operations to join our SDA Finance team and make a significant impact on our North region operations.

Strategic Influence: Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, S&OP, and Quality teams to shape key business outcomes.Leadership:  Work closely with the GM of Manufacturing and Plant Managers for Cobram and Kiewa. Mentor & coach direct reports.Decision-Making: Provide accurate and timely accounting, reporting, analysis, and advice to support critical business decisions.Innovation: Drive continuous improvement, capital investment, and procurement initiatives.Collaboration: Be a trusted advisor, building strong relationships and challenging decisions to optimize profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement the operations finance plan and manage financial risks.Develop and execute financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations.Partner with key stakeholders to drive business strategy.Establish and achieve KPIs for financial performance.Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.Identify and mitigate financial risks.

What We're Looking For:

CA/CPA qualified with a tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, or related field.10+ years of experience in operational finance roles, preferably in Dairy or FMCG with Manufacturing experience.Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.Advanced analytical and communication skills.Proficiency in IFRS reporting and Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Experience with SAP accounting system is a plus.
