Requirements:

Develop and implement the organisation’s financial plan Oversee budgeting processes, financial forecasting for the organisation, projects, and long-term planning Prepare monthly financial reports per project: monthly for management and quarterly Review and prepare new staff contracts and amendments to staff Process staff salary monthly with the support of Webb Accounting Manage the audit process ensuring completion within 6 months of the organisation’s year-end Ensure signed annual financial statements are distributed to relevant authorities Oversee compliance functions to ensure the organisation meets all legislative requirements Develop and implement the procurement and IT strategy Oversee day-to-day operations of the procurement Review and prepare supplier contracts and Non-Disclosure Agreements Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality assurance measures Implement continuous improvement initiatives, tracking metrics and KPIs Lead Monthly Management Meetings together with the Executive Director Develop training programs and career development plans Identifying risks and implementing controls and strategies to mitigate and safeguard the organization's assets Maintain monthly risk and compliance dashboard

Requirements:

CA(SA), CIMA or equivalent qualification Min 5 years in managerial or senior positions Technical Accounting knowledge
