The Business Informatics Shared Services (BISS) Team is focused on optimizing the execution, investments, strategy, application experience, project delivery, and governance between the corporate technology and business teams, primarily in support of enterprise Finance. The BISS team has extensive and broad enterprise data experience that is frequently engaged to support efforts outside of Finance.
The Senior Finance Technology Implementation Professional gathers and documents business system and functional requirements, influences system design to optimize support, ensures solutions meet the business objectives and requirements, and prototype (if necessary) the solution to ensure objectives are met. In this role, you will work closely with a variety of Finance business areas and IT to complete and/or coordinate implementation of design and requirements, testing, operational readiness, and transition to the appropriate production support team.
As a Senior Finance Technology Implementation Professional, having strong finance and accounting acumen to support our key business partners within Finance, Service Fund and IT are critical to the role.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and/or applicable experience in Accounting, Finance or IT.
Ability to develop relationships with other critical teams - Service Fund, IT and Finance.
Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle - setup, testing, requirements, etc.
Experience in IT business analysis, including artifacts development and architecture and design.
Be able to problem solve and consult within complex environments.
Facilitating cross-functional teams' efforts.
Preferred Qualifications
Health insurance operations expertise.
2 or more years of project leadership experience.
Corporate finance experience.
Advanced proficiency in SQL.
Snowflake or other cloud experience.
Ability to Prototype (proof of concept) business requirements utilizing vended systems and/or SQL programming.
