Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to be a key member in our AWS Sales & Marketing FP&A team. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of our fastest growing business division within Amazon. As a Financial Analyst, you will work closely with finance leaders to develop financial models and analytical insights to assist in evaluating new business concepts, turning insights into operational measurements, and identifying paths to improve overall planning and forecasting process. Primary responsibilities include:

Create, improve, and maintain financial metrics, reports and scorecards used for consolidation reports.

Collect, analyze and manage quantitative data to create meaningful analyses and models that drive business decisions.

Lead processes to facilitate consolidation process and reports.

Partner with finance technology partners to streamline reporting infrastructure and automation.

- Serve as a key business partner to the FP&A Finance Director and VP of Finance of SMGS with high visibility to the broader Finance Community.
- Lead, re-imagine, and re-define key cadence processes that help business leaders understand progress to goals as well as strategic insights to guide overall direction.
- Identify ways to simplify legacy processes and mechanisms through automation.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed and present findings to senior management.
