**What will you do?**
A day in the life of a Senior Financial Analyst Enterprise FP&A, Corporate Functions, at VF looks a little like this.
The company's Enterprise FP&A team serves as the critical support partner for the executive leadership team. As part for the Enterprise FP&A team, the Corporate Functions FP&A team acts as key financial business partners to the functional Executive Leadership Team (i.e. Chief Strategy & Business Development Officer, Chief People Officer, etc.) and their functional teams, in terms of financial management, business planning and decision support. This role will support the development and analysis of the strategic plan, annual budget, and monthly forecasts for corporate functions and provide key insights on operating results and initiatives. In order to succeed, this individual will utilize both strong interpersonal skills and analytical mindset to maintain and improve current financial cadence, as well as develop new metrics/reports as needed to support strategic initiatives and executive business reviews.

+ Develop an understanding the corporate functions' objectives, both financial and strategic, and a keen insight into VF’s current and future business strategy.
+ Provide financial and decision-support analytics to Senior Leadership team to support key business initiatives and decisions.
+ Support the forecasting and budgeting processes.
+ Be a front-line finance business partner.
+ Provide analytics and reporting on capital and expense forecast.
+ Proactively identify risks and opportunities.
+ Partner and collaborate with Enterprise FP&A team and Corporate Controllership team on reporting accuracies, timeliness, and other ad hoc requests.
+ Support the Corporate Functions FP&A team with key strategic initiatives and ad hoc requests through data gathering, analytics and key insights.
**What do you need to succeed?**
We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you’ll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, the position requires:
+ Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics. MBA, CFA or CPA is a plus.
+ Strong financial background; exceptional analytical and modeling skills.
+ 2+ years of financial management experience with an understanding of Corporate Finance or FP&A, or experience in transaction due diligence.
+ Fortune 500 publicly traded company experience in a matrix organization strongly preferred.

+ Strong Interpersonal capabilities with ability to effectively work across functions/brands
+ Financial and performance analysis experience & strong financial skills required
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Strong financial modeling skills, especially income statement and cash flow analysis
+ Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
+ Self-starter, able to handle multiple demands & competing priorities
+ Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical skills
+ Ability to effectively present findings to management in a clear and concise manner

$73,440.00 USD - $91,800.00 USD annually
**Incentive Potential** : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
