Senior Financial Analyst, Enterprise Procurement

Job Summary

Reporting to the Manager Finance, you will partner with Enterprise Procurement to ensure cost savings, sound financial decisions are made and working capital and risk management goals are achieved. The analyst will analyze market trends, material purchasing patterns, identify/investigate variances and help develop plans to drive results in the business.

Position Responsibilities

Establish working knowledge about the business's material requirements and working relationship with the Procurement and Brand organization to promote achieving positive results.Work with procurement buyers to build a material forecast and provide relevant analysis to Procurement Finance Leadership and Enterprise Procurement Leadership.Analyze material price variances to Plan, Forecast and Prior Year through reporting, ad hoc analysis, and business reviews. Summarize variances and discuss action plans with Procurement Finance Leadership and Enterprise Procurement Leadership.Support pricing actions by working with the brands and the Pricing Team through the Integrated Margin Management (IMM) process.Manage cost savings process/reporting with monthly reviews to identify plan gaps and action plans with Procurement Finance Leaders and Enterprise Procurement leadership.Prepare monthly and quarterly materials reviews including analysis of coverage/open positions, cost savings opportunities and projected material variances.Support and evaluate accounting guidance, internal controls, financial plans and policies for Procurement

Position Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field required5+ years of related experience, preferably in consumer-packaged goods industry.Strong communication and relationship-building skillsExperience working across multiple departments to complete a project or resolve an organizational challengeAbility to manage and make recommendations for efficiencies with systems and toolsProficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, etc.)At this time, we require applicants for this role to be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship either now or in the future

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$79,000-$115,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
