Job DescriptionBe a valued and integral part of our global team, engaging with various levels of leadershipLeadership: Finance Business Partner to drive strategic, operational, and financial insights. Enhance modeling for key strategic investments, resource management, the annual spend/investment planning process, quarterly forecast updates, and business reviewsPartner with functional leaders to provide value-added insights that drive faster, smarter decisions and more accurate forecastsWork closely with your business partners to improve visibility into risks and opportunities in their operating plans and highlight key considerations as they execute against their planPrepare proposals to summarize findings and present recommendations to senior leadershipPerform monthly variance analyses of budget/forecast against actual financial performance, surfacing the “why” behind variances versus plan/forecastsSupport automation of KPI reporting in collaboration with Business Intelligence Finance team to improve data accessibility, reliability, and time-to-publicationCollaborate across all teams within Finance to assist in the implementation and administration of key financial reporting/planning systems
 

This role is currently hybrid out of our Waltham, MA office. Our office will be relocating to Boston, MA in the spring. This position will then be hybrid after the move out of Boston, MA (2 days per week).  Candidates will be required to commute to both locations during this transition.  

Candidates must be currently living local to Waltham, MA/Boston, MA to be considered for the position. 

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: 

5+ years of progressive experience in finance in a corporate settingBachelors Degree

Preferred Requirements: 

Possess strong financial and operational analytical capabilities, and a genuine interest in understanding the business drivers and economics of a high growth Subscription businessAdvanced user of Microsoft Excel (pivots, macros, nested formulas) required; experience with data visualization tools, e.g., Tableau and/or Microsoft PowerBI is a plusExperience working in NetSuite and Anaplan Planning/Forecasting/Business Intelligence environments is a plusStrong track record of working cross-functionally to support critical business objectivesComfortable developing analysis and recommendations in the presence of ambiguity by asking questions and challenging the status quo when appropriate

DOE, salary $90K - $120K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
