**The Opportunity:**
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will have complete responsibility to create and maintain program financial data to support the strategic plans of the Program Manager and Government client for the SCOPES Contract.
With input from Management, you will be accountable for all program financial requirements and reporting to include, but not limited to creating and maintaining the project forecast, tracking of the appropriated, unexpired, and expired resources, performing statistical and graphical analysis, writing policies and procedures on program financial processes and responsibilities specific to this program in alignment with CACI policies and government regulations. You will also perform ad hoc analysis and reporting on various items as directed by the Program Manager or client.
**Responsibilities:**
Compiling, interpreting, and reporting of program financial and other statistical data; preparing financial presentations, monthly reports, forecasts, variance analysis, estimates at completion, and other materials to support the Program Manager and the client.
Creation and analysis of large spreadsheets, multi-year financial plans, reports, briefing charts, and other documents within prescribed timelines for presentation to the client or Management and assisting the Program Manager and Corporate Finance Manager coordinate between client and corporate reporting.
Write procedures for every financial task on the program while ensuring compliance with GAAP, SOX, various government agencies, and corporate policies and procedures.
Continually seek out cost control improvements as well as process enhancements to streamline the project financial recordkeeping and reporting to ensure good stewardship of client funds while providing the Program Manager with information needed to achieve project goals within budget and schedule parameters.
Review and track all funding at the Project, CLIN, TDL, Task, and LOA (Line of Accounting) levels as they relate to the Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs). Prepare Limitations of Costs and Funding Letters (75% Letters) for Contracts and Program Manager as needed and make recommendations for funding allocations, movements, and deobligations to maximize the use of existing funds.
As needed, assume a leadership role to less senior staff to accomplish the financial requirements of the program.
Attend the monthly Integrated Program Reviews (IPRs), Technical Status Meetings (TSMs) and other battle rhythm events requiring financial support including the corporate Project Review Meeting (PMR).
Reviews all project costs to ensure accounts and cost allocations are correct and coordinates adjustments or corrections when needed. Reviews all subcontractor invoices and timecards for both employees and subcontractors for accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate production of prime invoice and produce detailed backup documentation to include costs incurred in the month, but not billed (accruals).

**Qualifications:**
**_Required:_**
Ability to obtain Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
A minimum of ten (10) years of DOD or commercial experience in accounting, finance, or program control working in a high stress environment and meeting strict deadlines.
A bachelor’s degree with a concentration in accounting or finance is desired. Relevant experience is more important than a degree.
Experience in designing, building, and preparing complex studies, reports, and analyses in areas such as budgets, forecasts, financial plans, government requirements, contract requirements, and statistical reports is required.
Experience in financial policy writing as a subject matter expert and designing reports and complex spreadsheets per management and client specifications is required.
Experience in financial system design, set up, and monitoring is required.
The ability to work on problems that are unusual or undefined which may require detailed information gathering, research, and analysis is required.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a group is required.
**_Desired:_**
Experience as a controller, accounting and finance manager, or financial analyst lead is preferred.
Experience supporting large complex DoD contracts as a Finance Lead or Senior Financial Analyst.
Advance Excel Skills.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$74,600-$156,700
