Job Description Summary:

We are looking for an SMB Finance Analyst who will be responsible for driving financial analysis for the SMB and Channel Partner portfolio based out of the UK with additional responsibilities for Inside Sales business coverage. The individual will work closely with business and finance leaders across the global SMB portfolio to analyze business performance, explain key drivers and make actionable recommendations to drive portfolio performance.

Job Description:

Responsibilities include:

Analyze and explain TPV, revenue, margin and other KPIs across the SMB portfolio, including detailed daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual trend analysis across various dimensions of the business such as Product, Partner, Sales Channels, Marketing Channels and Regions.Partner closely with SMB Deal Pricing and SMB Sales teams to design and implement a robust financial analytical review framework to ensure financial and strategic objectives are met across the entire SMB portfolio.Provide senior leadership with timely, accurate, and insightful financial analysis to monitor business KPIs and financial results in order to enable key strategic decision-making.Monitor SMB sales teams’ performance with detailed analytics to track progress towards attainment of incremental and portfolio sales targets.Coordinate and communicate with global and regional FP&A teams to ensure alignment and consistency of data and messaging, and to ensure information flows seamlessly across the various segment, product and market finance teams.

Experience

3-6 years of related experience in a fast moving and complex matrixed environment preferably with a fintech, payments or ecommerce companyProficiency in running and optimizing SQL and BigQuery logic is essentialExperience with Hyperion Essbase is not essential but would be a plusExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong desire and ability to work in a dynamic, innovative, fast-paced environment
