Description

Independently plans and monitors the development of financial plans and the analysis and reporting of results in a deadline focused environment, working with the team to gather information and resolve issues as they arise. Uses increasing business acumen and analytical expertise to perform ad hoc financial analysis and effectively communicates the results to management. Leads efforts to continuously improve processes to increase the speed and effectiveness of financial analysis.

Responsibilities:

Opportunity to collaborate and contribute across Technology Finance driving consistency and gaining exposure to multiple sides of TechnologyParticipates in monthly forecasting report outs to Technology Sr ManagementPerform variance analyses (e.g. plan vs actual, prior and forecast, multi-year trends) and identify significant items requiring further investigation. Perform follow-up investigation and suggest problem resolution.Oversees financial systems needed for monthly results analysis, coordinating enhancements and assisting in resolving production problems with minimal oversightEvaluate stakeholder data requirements; identify and correct gaps in current reportingIdentify opportunities for efficiencies and improvements to process, controls and technology systems related to functions being performedNote: You will be required to go into the office twice a week if you reside within a 50-mile radius of our offices in Boston, MA; Portsmouth, NH; and Plano, TX. Qualifications Bachelor`s degree (Finance or Accounting) is requiredMinimum of 3 years of finance experienceMust demonstrate attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to drive resultsCommunicates effectively with teammates and others, leading meetings and interacting with increasingly higher levels of management to gather information and effectively present results and recommendationsAdvanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word is preferred About Us
