Apply now for the position of Senior Financial Analyst, and you will join our Ultrasound Finance Team leading financial analysis and reporting, contributing to clear visibility in the decision-making processes, while also making a significant impact that drives positive change and leads to improved financial results.

This is a hybrid position in our Issaquah, WA or Palo Alto, CA office.

Your Role: 

Responsible for monthly financial close of Headquarter Marketing & Communications cost center, Sales Operations cost center and marketing related projects incl. preparation of journal entries and explanations & commentary in case of variances.Lead monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process for responsible cost centers and projects in close alignment with the Marketing & Communications, Sales Operations and Franchise leadership teams.Manage and measure effectiveness of the cost center & project spending, focusing on ROI for the overall business to support the Marketing & Sales Operations leadership team with their capital allocation.Regularly present findings to senior executives, such as the CFO, VP of Marketing & Communications, VP of Sales Operations and the Heads of the Radiology and Cardiovascular Franchises.Lead for demo fleet management, including annual physical inventory count and internal auditing.Support resolving operational issues, as and when directed.Drive forward automation and digitalization efforts in area of responsibility, e.g. Automation of Reports via Artificial Intelligence.Continuous communication with Ultrasound teams in Germany, Singapore, and North AmericaSpecial projects supporting the CFO, VP of Marketing & Communications, VP of Sales Operations and the Heads of the Radiology and Cardiovascular Franchises.

 Your Expertise & Skills for this position: 

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.MBA in Finance, CPA, CFA preferred.Strong analytical ability and attention to detail to identify variances, trends, and anomalies in financial data triggering proactively necessary actions and at the same time provide accurate and reliable data under given deadlines.Proven ability to drive insights from large datasets and transform them into compelling presentations to get buy-in from senior management.Passionate team player with a strong service mentality going the extra mile to meet the expectation of stakeholders.Execution-driven and focused mindset to continuously strive for improvements with a very good problem-solving skillsetExcellent SAP (or other ERP), MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint skillsKnowledge of Jedox, PowerBI & Qlik, and VBA or other coding would be a plus.Strong interpersonal, cultural sensitivity, communication, and presentation skillsFluent in English (other languages, especially German a plus).

The pay range for this position is $125,000 - $145,000 U.S. dollars annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as where the work will be performed.
