Reporting to the Sr. Finance Manager, the Sr. Financial Analyst supports in all financial areas regarding forecasting/budgeting, analytics, and financial reporting for the Canadian team. The Sr. Financial Analyst will provide financial reporting, planning, and analysis to support Canada T&O operating and functional areas. The Sr. Financial Analyst excels in establishing effective working relationships with business partners in Canada and the US that contribute thoughtful analysis for decision-making. The Sr. Financial Analyst has a strong passion for quantitative analysis, working cross functionally, and establishing new and innovative ways to improve business processes and tools.

What we need:
Bachelors in Finance or Business programCompletion of CPA designation or MBA degree, or pursual of either designation(s)Minimum 2-3 years related experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to analyze, evaluate and summarize financial information for accuracy and conformance to procedures and regulationsProficiency in SQL based database management, MS Access, Snowflake, or similar system. Ability to build, modify and execute queries. Advanced Excel user, experience with integrated data visualization tools such as Power BI; Hyperion, EPM;Familiar with ERP systems such as SAP or similar systemsWell organized with analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh energy/self-motivationAble to adapt with change and work under pressure in a detailed, accurate, and deadline-based environment
