The successful candidate will report to the US Financial Controller and collaborate with the national finance team on mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, cost analysis, budgeting and commercial finance projects.Responsibilities:Support the entire life cycle of the acquisition process (origination, financial analysis, negotiation, due diligence, closing) locally and globally Commercial negotiationsStrategic acquisition reportingIndustry research and competitive analysesIntegration oversight and support Due DiligenceBusiness DevelopmentMarket mappingOversight on regional lending and funding structuresLegal and litigation supportWorking with Strategic Partners- contract and commercial termsPerforming strategic analysis on Plant performanceLead major operations projects (eg. Site expansions, new site development)Monthly reporting including Profit/Loss statements and KPI’sProducing regular reporting to key internal stakeholdersProvide monthly performance (financial and non-financial) feedback and reports to all areas of the businessBudgeting and strategic planningExperience, Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree qualified and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience Strong multi-tasking skills to work cross-functionally as requiredAbility to identify issues and areas for improvement through analysisStrong commercial acumen and business understandingAbility to manage both internal and customer relationshipsStrong leadership abilitiesTeam orientated, with strong relationship and interpersonal skills Advanced negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWHY WORK FOR DANIELS?
