Team members have the unique opportunity to explore diverse business lines, gaining hands-on experience in various facets of finance, including accounting, audit and supply chain management. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** Retail Wireless Finance is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for our dynamic business environment focused on Device Subsidy. This role offers the opportunity to make significant contributions across the entire retail wireless team and leadership. As the financial conscience for the retail wireless organization, you will provide budget-to-actual reporting and reconciliation, KPI reporting, business case development, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will excel at transforming data into actionable insights that enable informed business decisions. **Key Responsibilities:** + Prepare monthly executive summaries and consolidate wireless financials + Build and maintain weekly and monthly models for key operational and financial performance metrics, including KPI scorecards + Create and deliver financial metric presentations to upper management with recommendations + Develop analysis and reporting capabilities to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities + Acquire data from multiple sources to evaluate and interpret trends or patterns + Assign numerical and financial values to essential business functions to assess and compare performance over time **Skills, Experience and Requirements** **Education and Experience:** + Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or related field + 5+ years of experience in an accounting/finance environment, preferably in the telecom or consumer subscription industry **Skills and Qualifications:** + Advanced skills in MS Excel + Basic knowledge of financial, data, and reporting tools (e.g., Onestream, Tableau, SQL, Snowflake) + Rational, curious, with outstanding problem-solving and strong analytical skills + Ability to seek, organize, evaluate, and draw valid conclusions with attention to detail and accuracy + Strong interpersonal skills, well-developed oral and written presentation skills, with the ability to summarize complex concepts into understandable and easy-to-follow presentation materials to communicate effectively with senior executives **Salary Ranges** Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year **Benefits** We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities and a flexible time away plan.
