Key Responsibilities:

Lead Complex Financial Projects: Oversee and execute complex financial projects, including physician compensation analysis, practice profitability reviews, and strategic planning initiatives. Drive Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize advanced analytical tools to extract meaningful insights from complex financial data, empowering leadership to make informed decisions. Enhance Financial Performance: Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance, improve operational efficiency, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Mentor and Develop Talent: Foster a collaborative environment by mentoring junior analysts and sharing expertise. Ensure Data Integrity: Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial systems and processes to support reliable decision-making.

 

Position Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in healthcare finance or financial analysis Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling techniques Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
