Senior Financial Analyst

We are hiring for company that is a national leader in their industry. They value a good work culture, positive attitudes, and growth opportunities. The Lead Financial Analyst will be responsible for creating financial reports, conducting analysis, and participating in month-end close activities. This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
+ Prepare financial statements and variance analysis.
+ Conduct ad-hoc business and financial analysis.
+ Analyze financial reports and make recommendations.
+ Assist in forecasting and budgeting.
+ Perform financial modeling and accounting functions.
+ Maintain compliance with accounting standards and policies.
+ Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
+ Support annual audit and tax compliance.
+ Participate in special projects and process improvements.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
+ Team player with the ability to work independently.
+ Knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
+ Experience with ERP and EPM software preferred.
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with 5-7 years of experience.
+ MBA, CPA, or public accounting experience preferred.
