Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to support the financial planning and analysis function.

Key Responsibilities

Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics trackingAnalyze financial data and create financial models for decision supportReport on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviewsAnalyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvementsWork closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision supportEvaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecastsGuide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and proceduresProvide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience as a financial analystIdeally have experience with tools like with Power BI, Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, and SalesForceExperience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecastingExpertise in report building and data analytics with large data setsStrong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusionsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAdvanced Excel skills including pivot tables and data visualization
