Job Description

Delivers financial performance analytics in support of strategy, business planning, operational performance, payor contracting, cost analytics, and other decision making opportunities using organizational defined business intelligence solutions and strategies. Participates in the development of metrics and systems of measurement in quality and outcomes. Proactively supports efforts that ensure delivery of safe patient care and services and promote a safe environment at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.

Experience

4 years of experience in defining, configuring, accessing, querying, and validating data using database systems such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and Essbase4 years of experience in business intelligence, decision support, accounting, finance, or strategic planning

Job Responsibilities

Works with business intelligence tools, architecture, and data to deliver evidence-based financial decision making deliverables using the defined strategy and end-user requirements.Participates and lead aspects of data integration, retrieval, processing, and validation.Designs and performs data validation/verification processes and procedures to ensure accurate and timely system balancing between source and destination data.Develops and documents design specifications using end-user requirements in coordination with Information Systems & Technology resources for presentation to the business intelligence guiding team for approval and prioritization.Participates in the development of actionable plans to prepare and develop achievable/sustainable information deliverables.Leads and participates in project teams that implement and configure financial performance analytic solutions.Develops and implements financial performance analytics, including creation of innovative ideas that enable profitable growth potential at a strategic and tactical level.Provides training and functions as a knowledge resource to end-users of business intelligence tools and performance analytic deliverables.Designs and implements changes in Epic for expected payment modeling and contract proposal modeling.Models, designs, and implements contract/governmental changes in Epic for expected payment modeling.
