Kforce has a client in Lithia, FL that is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst. Responsibilities: * Provide financial and analytical support internal support functions * Lead routine cost reporting, lead meetings with functional leadership and employees, and provide direct support to function Vice Presidents and their employees for ad hoc analysis and projects * Lead the global budget process for support functions, provide support for the strategic planning process, provide both support and leadership roles in a number of value-add projects and process improvements for the support functions * Lead routine reporting approaches for the various corporate support functions, which includes understanding the needs of the function leader and their respective mangers * Lead routine meetings and gather, analyze, and present meaningful information * Maintain accountability for foundational reporting with special attention to the quality of information and analysis provided as well as the efficiency in which it is processed * Identify and lead process improvement efforts * Lead the budget and forecast processes for the global support functions * Leadership will be required to communicate with all levels of the organization, execute related process improvements, and meet the expectations for analysis of costs and FTE levels * Provide indirect support to the forecast, Strategic Planning process, and other deliverables required by the Finance Business Partnership Team * In working with the support functions, identify cost savings, service improvements, and other value-add opportunities * Gather information and create analysis that will yield improvements that are meaningful to customers
