WHAT YOU'LL DO
Supports the Director of Investor Relations in developing and executing effective, accurate, and consistent messaging to the investment community. Develops deliverables for earnings calls and other investor events. Provides thought leadership on industry and peer trends. Leads capital budgeting planning and analysis by developing forecasts and reporting and enhancing existing processes.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Creates first drafts and supports the development of subsequent drafts of earnings deliverables including press release, scripts, and Q&A and validates deliverables with supporting documentation. Supports execution of other key investor-facing events including Annual Shareholder Meeting, Investor Day, and investor conferences by coordinating logistics and developing presentations and other deliverablesProvides thought leadership by monitoring macroeconomic and industry trends and through peer benchmarking and industry analysisMaintains database of sell-side analyst modelsLeads the process for planning and analysis of capital expendituresEstablishes new and refines existing processes for managing capital expenditures and works cross-functionally to develop the business case and IRRs for projects and tracks actual ROIDevelops and delivers presentations and reports to summarize capital expenditures and returns on investment
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, accounting or related field and 2+ years of experience in investor relations, finance, or related fieldMBA and/or CPA preferredKnowledge & Skills
Superior oral and written communication skillsExceptional attention to detail Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong organizational and prioritization skills Strong interpersonal skillsThorough knowledge of financial analyses including forecasting, budgeting/planning, and reporting
