Kforce's client, a leader in their field, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with a strong background in operational finance. This role involves traditional FP&A work, financial modeling, and P&L management. This is a hybrid role that would sit remote 4 days a week and be in office 1 day. Responsibilities: * The Senior Financial Analyst will lead the preparation of detailed financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making * Analyze financial results and provide actionable insights to improve company performance * Manage P&L statements * Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools for performance tracking * Support operational finance initiatives * The Senior Financial Analyst will partner with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis * Conduct ad hoc analyses to support investment decisions, cost optimization, and revenue growth initiatives
