The US Consumer Premium Products LFO team is a key part of the US Consumer business, one of the most valuable and rapidly growing parts of the AXP business. The Premium Products team owns the end-to-end management of our Centurion suite of products (Centurion, Platinum, Gold, and Green).
The incumbent will support all Proprietary Membership Reward products. Responsibilities fall into three main areas: data analytics and insights; cost-benefit analysis; and financial management. Fulfilling these responsibilities will require interacting closely with colleagues across Finance and other business units.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong quantitative and financial reasoning, clear and compelling communication, strong people leadership, and comfort with ambiguity. The candidate must be able to build solid, trust-based relationships with business partners that encourage candor and direct communication.
How will you make an impact in this role?
· Perform analysis of key performance trends on the USCS Membership Rewards portfolio, providing strategic insights into long-term P&L dynamics and product profitability.
· Utilize Google BigQuery (Lumi / SQL) to reveal cardmember trends and export into Excel/Power BI to analyze and drive insights from said data.
· Support the broader team’s delivery of executive facing presentation materials and recurring processes.
· Partner with various cross-functional teams to identify business and financial insights to influence partners and drive key priorities. Provide insights on portfolio performance and implication on USCS Membership Reward product outlook expectations.
· Support ad hoc projects and analytics.
Minimum Qualifications
· Highly motivated with ability to juggle multiple tasks, excellent organization skills and careful attention to detail.
· Fast learner and willing to navigate through ambiguity.
· Drive, enthusiasm, commitment and a positive outlook are critical.
· Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to present complex topics simply and succinctly to a senior audience.
· Effective relationship building skills with ability to work across Finance, Product and Marketing.
· Ability to develop and work with financial models and draw value-add insights from large amounts of financial data.
· Intellectually curious.
· Advanced Excel and PowerPoint – Comfortable with large data sets, pivot tables, index-match, charts, graphs etc.
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in finance or related majors.
· Experience and familiarity with analytics tools and software such as SQL/Lumi, TM1, Power BI or eagerness to learn.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
