The Senior Financial Analyst will report to the Director of Finance and take responsibility for delivering timely, accurate financial results and operational analyses for the company and its stakeholders.\r\n

Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst is as follows:\r\n

 \r\nPrepare monthly financial reports and performance analyses for management and investors.\r\nManage depreciation, amortization, accrual schedules, and intercompany balances.\r\nAssist in quarterly reporting, including investor updates, bank covenant monitoring, and presentations.\r\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and decision-making analyses.\r\nOversee ASPE adoption, process improvements, and SOP documentation.\r\nHandle year-end reporting, audits, and corporate tax filings (HST\/GST, T5013, T2).\r\nManage cash flow, invoice submissions, and investor capital accounts.\r\nCollaborate on real estate construction budgets and monitor variances.\r\nAssist with acquisitions, market research, and financial analyses.\r\n\r\n
