Senior Financial Analyst Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Manager of Cost Budget and Reimbursement, the Senior Financial Analyst is responsible or the coordination, development, and maintenance of the cost accounting system and the production of reports for management to utilize when making strategic decisions. This position is also responsible for the coordination of the development and maintenance of information used to complete the Medicare and HSCRC cost reports and the operating budget. This position is required to research and develop financial projections for strategic planning purposes.

Senior Financial Analyst Position Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration with a concentration in accounting required.

Experience

Five to seven years of healthcare finance experience required.

Senior Financial Analyst Schedule

Exempt position. Typically day shift, Monday – Friday. Overtime and possible weekend work as required. May work holidays.

Senior Financial Analyst Benefits

At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.

Salary range: $64,812.80 - $100,464.00  Commensurate with experience
