Senior Financial Analyst
Job Title: Sr Financial Analyst Job Description You will gain a deep understanding of the functional spend through regular communication and connection with the functional business owners and sr executives throughout the company. You will offer support, solutions, and ideas to responsibly scale the function to meet high growth and other requests as needed. You will be supported by an analyst in the global business service organization for transactional and repetitive accounting and FP&A reporting tasks. You will instruct and review deliverables for accuracy and completeness to further the transition of junior finance support tasks to the GBS (Global Business Services) and help develop future management skills. You will learn Oracle EPM (Hyperion forms, inputs, and queries). You will bring forth proposals and creative solutions to best meet the growth needs, particularly in the annual budget cycle. You will provide additional business support responsibilities and assigned projects as we continue to grow. Responsibilities + Gain a deep understanding of the functional spend through regular communication with functional business owners and sr executives. + Offer support, solutions, and ideas to responsibly scale the function to meet high growth and other requests. + Instruct and review deliverables for accuracy and completeness to further transition junior finance support tasks to GBS. + Learn Oracle EPM (Hyperion forms, inputs, and queries). + Bring forth proposals and creative solutions to best meet growth needs, particularly in the annual budget cycle. + Provide additional business support responsibilities and assigned projects. Essential Skills + Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, nesting formulas, etc.). + Ability to work with large data sets from multiple systems. + Good business judgment and ability to work independently. + Strong foundational knowledge in general accounting principles (accruals, prepaids, capital). + Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work with executive levels of management. + Ability to deliver multiple key deliverables under tight deadlines. + Well-developed time management and organizational skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's Degree. + Experience in financial analysis, FP&A, month-end processes, budgeting, Excel, Oracle, accruals, and prepaids. Work Environment Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned site (typically 75 miles/120km), with the expectation of being able to be in the office at least 1 day a week minimum, which is subject to change given the business demands. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
