We are seeking an Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Finance Team!

 

This is a remote position! Must reside in Central or Eastern Time Zone!

 

Seeking seasoned candidates with specific experience in these areas:

Financial Modeling, Budget Analysis, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, P&L, Financial Planning & Analysis

Responsibilities

Scope of Job Responsibilities:

 

Aggregates, analyzes and publishes financial and statistical performance data as it relates to Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC (“ARS”) and its operating entities.  Analysis will require a complete knowledge of the ARS Accounting System, EMR and Billing Systems, Payroll System and Financial Analysis and Budgeting System, as well as prior knowledge of financial modeling, Microsoft Office and data analysis tools. Additionally, the role will require a complete understanding and knowledge of industry operational and financial metrics and company operational and financial trends.

Key role in monthly variance analysis as part of the month-end finance and accounting close process. Identify and perform root-cause analysis of significant trends and variances. Assist the CFO/VP of Finance in providing clear directions, priorities, roles and responsibilities to the Finance Team throughout the monthly analytical process. Prepare the Management Discussion and Analysis Report that will clearly and effectively communicate financial and statistical highlights and deficiencies to Management.

 

Responsibilities:

Responsible for financial modeling, including full balance sheet, cash flow, and P&LFull financial planning & analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial data to support decision making and strategic planning of potential investments, projects and business strategiesDevelop and update monthly financial reporting package, presenting to management/leadership as requiredPrepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports & cash flow reportingPrepare and analyze quarterly board report material as it relates to FinanceWork with CFO/VP of Finance on the preparation of the annual budget, and other identified ad hoc financial project work, as needed/requiredDevelop and update financial and statistical dashboards for Finance, Operations and Executive TeamMaintain monthly Cash Collections Waterfall ReportingProactively analyze financial and statistical data to identify opportunities for improvement / best practiceMaintain confidentiality of all Protected Healthcare Information as defined by HIPAARead and abide by the company’s code of conduct, ethics statements, employee handbook and all policies and procedures Qualifications

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance required, MBA preferred5+ years experience in accounting/financial modeling required. Experience in medical business matters and data analysis preferred.Experience with Excel required.
