In this role, you will partner cross-functionally to shape and drive commercial strategies and provide insights through financial analytics. Strong strategic thinking, quantitative skills, experience in business modeling, and the ability to collaborate effectively will be essential for success in this role. This role allows for upward mobility across the enterprise following demonstration of strong performance. Key Responsibilities: + Lead US commercial financial planning including forecast updates, latest thinking and scenario planning with opportunity to present to leadership + Manage commercial gross profit reporting and forecasting through strategic programs and analytics + Strong cross-functional business partnering with global strategic marketing, supply chain, sales and marketing team + Support and lead workstreams on key enterprise initiatives (ie: SIGNIFI) + Identify and drive process improvement opportunities + Accounting Close responsibilities including adherence to SOX, and internal policies. + Support ad-hoc projects and key initiatives as required. **Qualifications** + Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related quantitative discipline is required + Minimum 3 years of work experience in Finance, Accounting, or related Business experience is required + Strong quantitative skills and experience in building financial models and performing rigorous business analysis is required. + Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels is required. + Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and regional and global commercial leads is preferred. + Results-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously is required. + Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, JDE) & Advanced Analytical Tools (TM1, Tableau, Alteryx, etc..) preferred + Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is required. + Up to 5% business travel may be required. + Position is based in Irvine, CA Compensation/Benefits The anticipated base pay range for this position is 91000 to 147200. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
