About the Role

We are seeking a finance professional to join the Customer Experience (CX) FP&A Team. Using your in-depth understanding of the Finance team's operations, you will drive and manage monthly/quarterly close and forecast processes and tasks; prepare and maintain reporting structures and metrics; and support reporting for various stakeholders of the company. We're looking for an organized, detail oriented self-starter with a desire to learn.

Responsibilities:

Drive monthly and quarterly guidance for close and forecast processes, templates, and coordinate review meetings.

Prepare and maintain monthly and quarterly reporting, metrics for business and finance leadership, and reporting structures.

Aid in the preparation and consolidation of monthly and quarterly CX P&L, flux analysis, headcount reporting, and other key metrics.

Provide regular and ad hoc quantitative and qualitative financial analyses around key performance indicators and develop insights on business performance based on the interpretation of financial results.

Be the Finance Liaison for CX Conference related financials, as well as manage HQ monthly forecast

Identify and prioritize operational improvements & automation opportunities to streamline current processes.

Collaborate cross functionally to understand business drivers and present data with actionable insights.

Responsabilidades:

Brindar asistencia mensual y trimestral en los procesos de cierre y previsión, las plantillas y coordinar las reuniones de revisión.

Preparar y actualizar los informes mensuales y trimestrales, las métricas para el liderazgo empresarial y financiero, y las estructuras de presentación de informes.

Ayudar en la preparación y consolidación de los estados de resultados mensuales y trimestrales de Experiencia del Cliente, realizar análisis de flujo, informes de personal y otras métricas clave.

Proporcionar análisis financieros cuantitativos y cualitativos periódicos y ad hoc en torno a indicadores clave de rendimiento y desarrollar información sobre el rendimiento del negocio en función de la interpretación de los resultados financieros.

Ser el enlace de Finanzas en los aspectos financieros relacionados con la conferencia de Experiencia del Cliente, así como gestionar las previsiones mensuales de la sede central.

Identificar y priorizar las mejoras operativas y las oportunidades de automatización para optimizar los procesos actuales.

Colaborar con otras funciones para comprender los factores que impulsan el negocio y presentar datos con información práctica.

About You

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field required.

Minimum 5+ years related FP&A Finance experience.

Other Qualifications:

Strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment with the attitude to deliver and think ahead.

Maturity to drive things forward and be a proactive contributor.

Proven ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to adapt to the rapid business and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environment.

Ability to take ownership, confidence to interact with all levels, set objectives, get results, and be a great teammate.

Experience with full P&L modeling is a plus.

Knowledge of Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning is a plus.

Experience as super user in ERP reporting and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

Cualificaciones requeridas

Es obligatorio contar con título universitario en Contabilidad/Finanzas o campo relacionado.

Como mínimo, 5 años de experiencia relacionada con planificación y análisis financieros.

Se valorará positivamente la experiencia en modelización completa del estado de resultados.

Se valorará positivamente el conocimiento de Workday Financials y Adaptive Planning.

Se valorará positivamente la experiencia como superusuario en herramientas ERP de generación de informes y visualización de datos (por ejemplo, Tableau, Power BI).
