Senior Financial Analyst
AI Fire is a leading provider of fire and life safety services in the U.S. We offer national account services via our vendor network at Academy Fire and serve local and regional customers through Impact Fire’s employed technicians. Our hybrid model allows us to simultaneously cater to national, multi-site customers who wish to outsource the vendor management process and support customers who prefer a direct relationship with fire protection professionals. **Job Summary** The Senior Financial Analyst will be instrumental in the development, tracking, forecasting, reporting, and accounting for all AI Fire projects. This is a key financial planning and analysis (FP&A) role with executive-level visibility driving profitability for all our product lines. The analyst will interface with all aspects of the company, including operational, sales, accounting, and management. **Responsibilities:** + Maintain and develop corporate reporting, including financial statements, lender and board packages, and operational metrics using web-based reporting tools (Planful). + Develop and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts to guide strategic decision-making on revenue drivers, new product development, and key initiatives. + Create and maintain critical dashboards that are actionable for senior management. + Assist in the preparation of annual operating plans in line with the company's strategic direction. + Develop and prepare executive-grade presentations and reports for leadership team and board meetings. + Provide ad hoc analytical support to influence decision-making with a financial perspective. + Develop scalable and efficient financial processes that support the business. + Understand data architecture and effectively utilize data from multiple systems. + Complete special projects as assigned. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a highly analytical field. + 3 to 5 years of related business financial experience with a proven track record of superior financial modeling and analysis. + Strong skills in Microsoft Excel. + Experience working with big data and complex financial models. + Familiarity with reporting, visualization, intelligence, and analysis tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.). + Strong presentation skills with the ability to regularly interface with executive management. + Ability to frame unstructured and complex analytical problems for a broad audience. + Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning. **Benefits:** + Competitive benefits, including healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off and holidays + Company paid short and long-term disability + Immediately vested in our 401(k) company match Salary range $85,000-$100,000 plus bonus! **Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required.
