What You’ll Do: + Analyze and Report: Transform complex data into actionable insights, identifying both opportunities and risks. + Communicate Effectively: Create clear, impactful presentations, charts, and models for stakeholders at all levels. + Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with operations, finance, and leadership to refine processes and drive results. + Solve Problems: Use critical thinking to tackle complex challenges and develop structured solutions. + Streamline Processes: Continuously improve financial planning and reporting workflows. + Manage Forecasting and Reporting: Build sophisticated models to support planning, forecasting, and performance tracking. Requirements What We’re Looking For: + A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. + 3+ years of financial analysis and FP& A experience, ideally in a multi-site organization. + Expertise in financial tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and experience with enterprise ERP systems. + Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to stay detail-focused without losing sight of the big picture. + A collaborative mindset, along with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines. + Passion for improving processes and delivering results that contribute to organizational success.
