What You’ll Be Doing As the Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll work on high-impact projects and directly contribute to the success of our organization. Responsibilities include: Financial Reporting & Analysis Conduct analysis of financial data to identify trends, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic decisions. Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to the leadership team. Budgeting & Forecasting Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate financial reporting and alignment with organizational goals. Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and variances. Revenue & Cost Analysis Deep dive into revenue drivers, cost trends, and profitability to identify business opportunities and risks. Strategic Collaboration Partner with business leaders to communicate financial results and influence strategic decisions. Contribute to cross-functional projects with operational and executive teams. Financial Modeling Build, maintain, and refine financial models to support decision-making, long-term planning, and investment strategies. Process Improvements Identify and implement enhancements in financial processes, including forecasting and reporting frameworks, for greater efficiency and accuracy. Month-End Close Support month-end financial reporting processes, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely financial statements. Qualifications To excel in this role, you’ll need: A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or a similar role. Proven ability to build financial models; experience with project finance is a plus. Advanced Excel capabilities, including Power Query for data transformation tasks. Proficiency in SQL for querying and retrieving data from databases. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and their application in presenting insights. This role requires you to be in the office 5 days a week. Requirements What We’re Looking For Our ideal candidate is a motivated finance detail oriented who thrives on analyzing data, solving problems, and partnering with leadership to drive growth. Key qualities and technical expertise include: Experience: At least 3 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or similar finance roles. Financial Acumen: Strong background in financial modeling, variance analysis, and accurate reporting. Advanced Technical Skills: Mastery of Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, lookups, and Power Query. Proficiency in SQL for data retrieval and the ability to clean, transform, and analyze large datasets. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI is a bonus. Collaboration and Communication: Proven ability to collaborate with operational and senior leadership teams to provide actionable financial insights.
