+ The role involves assisting the Application Services Finance team with key financial tasks, including core reporting, planning, forecasting, and budgeting. Responsibilities also include collaborating with international partners for quarterly financial consolidation, analyzing SOW (Statement of Work) variances, supporting service billing, and contributing to ad-hoc projects. + The position requires enhancing reporting processes and supporting Financial Planning & Analysis. **Responsibilities:** + To assist Application Services Finance team with (but not limited to) the following: + Core financial reporting and planning processes, including quarterly close, forecasting and budgeting activities + Working with international partners to consolidate financials at quarterly close + Assist with SOW analysis to assess favorability/unfavorability to plan and causes of variances + Assist with Service Billing as required + Assist with ad-hoc special projects as required + Enhance and improve reporting processes + Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Partnering, Service Billing, Other Projects **Experience:** + Minimum of 3+ years of experience + Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills required **Skillsets:** + Must have financial analysis experience and be able to work with large data sets + Experience with SAP and advanced knowledge of Excel required **Education:** + BA/BS degree is required (preferably in Finance) **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
