Senior Financial Analyst
Job Description:

The Senior Financial Analyst is a member of the Fund and Brokerage Operations and Technology (FBOT) Central Finance group; a team responsible for delivering impactful and insightful analysis, collaborating with our business partners and leading critical projects that deliver value. The primary objective for this role will be to assist the team in successfully delivering results and high-quality financial analysis to various leaders.

You will gain exposure to and be responsible for working across all the Business Units to consolidate results within FBOT:

IWMS – Institutional Wealth Management Services, including:CRG - Client Relationship GroupGTM&S – IWMS Go-To-Market & StrategyCE - Client Experience GroupIWMS P&T - IWMS Platform & TechnologyOSG – Operations and Services GroupCBPT – Core Brokerage Platform & TechnologyFFIO – Fidelity Fund and Investment OperationsFFIOT – Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations Technology

The analyses and insights delivered are critical to drive business planning and ongoing decision support. The role will focus on FP&A, providing support for FBOT:

Monthly financial & headcount reportingQuarterly business reviews (business and finance)Annual reviews (e.g., vendor spend analysis)Planning process including multi-year plan (MYP), budget, and forecastsCoordination and reporting for contracts, purchase orders, SOWsAnnual enterprise outbound print PAR process support & submissionDelivering on corporate asks for FBOT by communicating & partnering with the BUsFBOT Admin line supportFinancial modelingAd hoc requests & strategic projects for FBOT

The Expertise and Skills you Bring

A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree is a plus4+ years of professional experience in Finance with a successful track recordProficiency in financial modeling, presentation, and data visualization tools (MS excel, MS PowerPoint, PowerBI)Knowledge of enterprise-wide tools a plus (Anaplan, MDC, WFDL)Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to 'tell the story' and communicate effectively with Finance and Business Partners at varying levels of the organizationIntellectual curiosity combined with analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage & consolidate details from our broad range of businesses within FBOT to deliver both FBOT level & BU level insightsAbility to take initiative and seek creative solutions that challenge conventional approachesAbility to respond to shifting priorities & ad hoc requests while maintaining progress of regularly scheduled deliverables
