Job Description
In this role, you will work with finance, accounting, and IT associates throughout the entire technology implementation and support lifecycle. This includes design, configuration, build, testing, training, change management, go-live, and post-production support. This role will oversee the ongoing support and all aspects of Oracle FCCS system implementation and ongoing support. Additionally, you will support the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) implementation that includes PBCS, EDM, and Essbase Cloud.
ResponsibilitiesAct as the SME with broad business and technical knowledge and experience within Cloud FCCS and other Cloud EPM products.Interact with a team of functional leaders, business partners, and technical experts to articulate the best integration of Oracle EPM technologies.Collaborate with members of the EPM and team to handle transformation, implementation, deployment, upgrades, development, and support.Maintain strong communication channels with all stakeholders.Qualifications:Hands-on Oracle EPM FCCS experience in administration, design, analysis, development, and support.Experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and interfacing with business users.Complete project lifecycle experience in a Financial Consolidation Project.Ability to write FCCS Business Rules, develop data forms, and build financial reports based on internal stakeholder requirements.Ability to articulate the consolidation process and support consolidation methods in FCCS.Familiarity with accounting principles around Intercompany Transactions and the close process.Strong skills in Microsoft tools including MS Excel, PowerBI, and Power Automate.Experience with other EPM products like PBCS, Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), and EDM is a plus.Experience working with Workiva Wdata/Chains is a plus.Ability to work independently to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.Openness to adopting new technologies.Experience in implementing projects with Oracle FCCS and developing artifacts including metadata creation, setting up the ownership module, catering to intercompany eliminations, designing web forms and data grids, and creating validation accounts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
