Senior Financial Analyst

The Global Brand Commercialization Finance team is a fast-paced, dynamic team with responsibilities for supporting our Licensing business globally. Key areas of focus for this team are leading the financial planning processes globally (forecasts, annual plan and long range plan); monitoring of global and regional performance; category business development, franchise planning and various special projects. The group is also charged with developing presentations to inform Senior Management regarding financial performance, business trends and special projects. **Responsibilities:** This position is ideal for a candidate who possesses strong analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills. Across all responsibilities, the Senior Financial Analyst will be challenged to develop and improve processes and models, and work effectively with partners in Finance and Operations across the regions and support partners. Responsibilities include supporting the following key functions: + Develop commercial and strategic roadmap in partnership with the business leaders to deliver financial objectives for segment + Analyze business development opportunities with external stakeholders maximizing total economic value + Identify whitespace categories and underpenetrated consumer segments to expand reach of TWDC brands and products + Consolidation, analysis, and review of forecast submissions from each of the regions (both domestic and international) + Support process efficiencies by leveraging tools such as Excel, Cognos, Tableau, Snowflake, and other offline tools + Create detailed analysis for presentations and reporting packages to GBC and CPGP leadership teams + Support ad-hoc analysis from category to franchise to licensee optimization initiatives **Qualifications:** + Minimum 2-3 years of robust financial analysis in fast-paced environment + Strong attention to detail, demonstrated ability to create executive level deliverables + Strong working knowledge of finance and accounting + Extensive experience in Excel and PowerPoint required (Experience with data consolidation tools (Cognos, SAP preferred) + Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills, experienced in building relationships with teams, and strong organizational skills + Proven ability to solve problems creatively + Service oriented individual who wants to help and push the team forward **Required Education:** + Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in an analytical discipline **Job ID:** 10114293 **Location:** Celebration,Florida **Job Posting Company:** Disney Experiences The Walt Disney Company and its Affiliated Companies are Equal Employment Opportunity employers and welcome all job seekers including individuals with disabilities and veterans with disabilities.
