ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
· Cash Flow Statement Preparation:
Prepare, review, and analyze global cash flow statements in compliance with US GAAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
· Data Analysis:
Analyze cash flow trends, variances, and metrics to provide insights to management, identifying areas for improvement.
· Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams, including treasury, tax, and operational departments, to gather relevant data and support the accuracy of cash flow projections.
· Reporting:
Generate and present comprehensive cash flow reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
· Forecasting:
Assist in developing cash flow forecasts and projections to support financial planning and operational strategies.
· Compliance:
Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with US GAAP and other relevant regulations, identifying areas for enhancement.
· Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate existing processes and systems, recommending improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in cash flow reporting.
Ad Hoc Projects:
Assist with other SEC projects/disclosures on a ad-hoc basis.
QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES):
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AccountingCPA required3-6 years of experience in public accounting and/or external financial reporting for a public companyStrong written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with EPS, stock-based compensation accounting, and complex capital structures a plusCapable of leading large complex projectsAble to perform in a fast-paced environmentWhy Lineage?
