JOB PURPOSE:
The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for providing internal and external monthly financial reporting, analysis of financial statements along with providing support during the corporate budget process. The Senior Financial Analyst will provide support to senior management and various departments by identifying trends, forecasting future performance, and assisting in the development of financial strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
§ Preparation of standard monthly financial reports used both internally and externally.
§ Provides financial analysis, guidance and completes ad hoc requests received from operational users of the financial statements.
§ Primary FP&A contact for East Division EVP and East VPs.
§ Serves as a team “power user” of financial reporting system – maintenance of all existing reports and assist accounting group with custom report building.
§ Provides significant support to Director, FP&A, Divisional EVPs, Zone VPs, and CFO during annual budget process.
§ Resource to company’s BI group in terms of data validation and new report/dashboard designs
§ Utilize advanced Excel & Power BI functions to analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights that help drive business results.
§ Design, develop, and maintain automated reports in Excel to support regular reporting needs.
§ Present financial results to senior management, providing explanations for variances and trends.
§ Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform the job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.
§ Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations.
§ Always provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
§ Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
§ Three (3) plus years’ financial planning and analysis experience.
§ Intermediate skills in MS Excel and other technology tools including Power BI and Dynamics 365.
§ Strong working knowledge of financial systems, statements, and reports.
