Reporting to the FP&A Manager, Finance – Architectural Specialties, this role is the primary business partner to the Director of Sales for the Architectural Specialties (AS) business segment.
The person in this role will be a key figure in driving sales performance in a dynamic organization. Self-driven, this person will need to be resourceful with a mindset for continuous improvement and customer service. Flexibility and adaptability are a must as this person supports a growing and evolving business. The incumbent must exhibit strong follow-through and the ability to take ownership of projects and issues to see them through to completion. The successful candidate will gain valuable business partnership experience with senior leaders within the Architectural Specialties business, an enhanced analytical skillset, and the ability to develop and execute complex projects.

What You’ll Do
Drive the development of sales objectives in collaboration with the Director of Sales for Architectural Specialties. Generate and distribute accurate and timely sales results reporting to various levels of the organization. Support the preparation of annual, long-term, and near-term sales forecasts in collaboration with Sales and Marketing functions. Build tracking tools to enable the broader Sales team to easily understand their progress towards achieving objectives. Collaborate with the Pricing team to develop, manage, and report on sales KPIs, including quoting, order-intake, backlog, and the impact of price changes. Build, manage, and maintain selling expense budgets. Manage and maintain customer and product level reporting across a variety of legacy ERPs. Own customer segment results for quarterly external reporting. Support future M&A to integrate commercial reporting into legacy business. Leverage digital technology to recommend, develop, and implement changes to continually improve processes and drive standardization. Build and present executive level presentations. Ad hoc projects to identify and drive areas of risk and strategic opportunity.
What will make you successful
Ability to exercise independent judgment to ascertain the reasonableness and accuracy of information. Expertise in SAP / BW / OneStream environment. Familiarity with Tableau preferred. Advance capability in MS Office Suite - particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Ability to work cross functionally with other groups within the company. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities; must be a self-starter and take the initiative in completing projects and assignments. Excellent written and verbal communications with the ability to share knowledge at appropriate levels of the organization. Customer focused with strong attention to detail and capable of delivering accurate, quality results in a timely, consistent, and professional manner. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact comfortably and respectfully with all levels of personnel. Relentless focus on eliminating inefficiencies through process optimization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of financial reporting and/or public accounting experience
