Our location in Columbus, OH, currently has an opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst, Pediatric Finance for the Pediatric Nutrition brands. The role of the Senior Financial Analyst is to inform U.S. Nutrition business decision-making, leveraging data-driven insights and Retail Sales, Demand Planning, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain collaboration. This position is also responsible for supporting and leading certain aspects of the LBE/Planning process, identifying/assessing/implementing process improvements, and supporting an array of ad-hoc FP&A activities for Pediatric Nutrition leadership. Some highlights of the position are: support to the Pediatric Nutrition Controller, opportunity to learn about the AN Pediatric brands and customers, partner with various brand/finance teams, ownership of +$120MM spend budget, etc.
What You Will Work On
Support and organized the LBE/Plan processes: coordinate process with Pediatric Nutrition brand teams, ensure timely and accurate submissions to Division FP&A, develop brand support timelines/calendars, create financial templates, coordinate process with the Nutrition sub-divisions (Commercial, Manufacturing, R&D), consolidate financials, ensure timely and accurate submissions to CorporateActively support various ad-hoc financial requests for brand – including financial modeling with extensive use of ExcelSupport/perform timely and accurate actual reporting and variance analysisEnsuring accurate tie outs between the different reporting toolsPrepare journal entries and assist in month end close as needed to ensure proper accounting at the functional and departmental level. Assuring accuracy of financial transactions and reportingAssist in identification and implementation of process improvementsParticipating in ad-hoc projects at management requestsA successful individual in this role will be:

The base pay for this position is $72,700.00 – $145,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
