Senior Financial Analyst- Public Sector
+ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or a combination of education, training, and experience in lieu of a degree). + A minimum of 3-5 years' progressive experience in a related field. + Continuous improvement mentality with the ability to embrace change and a commitment to the high-performing team management model. + Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong technical proficiency in the Microsoft product suite. + Understanding of enterprise resource planning systems, with Hyperion and Oracle e-Business experience. + Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across multiple business levels. + Assist the sales organization with complex deal analysis and structure of terms and conditions. + Support analysis of customer profitability and headcount productivity metrics to facilitate decision support for the line of business. + Perform other work-related duties as assigned. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** + Demonstrate problem-solving and analytic skills. + Demonstrate customer focus (internal and external). + Innovative thinking skills. + Ability to professionally communicate with all levels of the business. + Ability to interface effectively across multiple company departments with strong diplomacy skills. + Demonstrate project management skills. + Strong attention to detail and work ethic. + Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills. + Personal time management skills and organization. + A strong team player with evidence of professional maturity and self-confidence. + A doer; someone who is not averse to rolling up his/her sleeves, lending support, and becoming involved in the details of the business. + Comfortable working in an open and highly interactive, fast-paced, communicative culture. + Ability to embrace change and support multiple groups at one time. + Ability to work well in a team environment with positive energy. + A high level of integrity, strong work ethic, positive energy, and a commitment to preserving the company core values and culture.
