What you will do
As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will be a part of the newly formed Mako & Enabling Technology (MET) Business Unit within the Joint Replacement division. You’ll collaborate with functional leaders and shared services to drive integration efforts, establish processes, and analyze operating expenses. Key responsibilities include recommending cost-saving initiatives, projecting and budgeting expenses, and explaining variances.
Responsible for preparing/reporting Division financial statements for internal management review and commentary and with Business Unit KPIs
Provide analysis compared to budget and forecasts on an ongoing basis for management.
Participation and involvement in all integration related activities of the Mako and Enabling Technologies BUs processes and procedures
Assist with special projects and strategic partnerships, as required
Partnership with functional cost centers across the business and assisting in management of respective budgets and forecasts
Communication and partnership with all Center of Excellence (COE) teams and oversight to relevant journal entries/postings
Ensure adherence to corporate finance policies by supporting the maintenance of internal controls and reviewing account reconciliations.
Assist in coordination with PMO and DRE (Digital Robotics and Enabling) teams as it relates to Business Unit project spend
Utilizing BPC, Encompass, and Predictive reporting in order to drive better business decisions making practices
What you need
Required
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of finance or accounting experience
The ideal candidate would reside in EST/CST time zone.
$69,300 - $139,100 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
