About the Role Adaptable, team player, eager to learn and support, upward mobility, strong financial acumen and interpersonal skills, good with financial modeling, data and analysis We are looking for a senior analyst whose primary role will be to perform strategic and financial analysis to support our R&D and G&A organizations. We are a small and agile team. In varying degrees, each Strategic Finance team member contributes to departmental budgeting and forecasting, annual and long-range planning, ad hoc analysis and financial strategy, reporting, and financial systems improvement and administration. This is a high visibility role that is integral to ensuring Hinge Health is successful as a public company. What You'll Accomplish Support an evolving R&D organization with analysis that drives prioritization of investment initiatives, including budgeting and accurate forecasting that supports strategy and improves financial performance Provide budgeting and accurate forecasting support to certain G&A functions to ensure budget adherence and continued financial leverage Build financial models and processes in Adaptive Insights for budgeting, forecast, financial analysis, and strategic planning. Support the development, standardization and automation of financial reports, metrics and dashboards for R&D and G&A stakeholders, monthly/quarterly financial reporting, and board reporting Hinge Health Hybrid Model We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Basic Qualifications Experience supporting Organizations (R&D, G&A), providing support and partnership to stakeholders Excellent analytical, modeling and communication skills, in-depth experience with financial analysis and a strong understanding of corporate finance concepts. Workday Adaptive user experience. Extensive knowledge of Excel and G-Suite. Preferred Qualifications Adaptive Insights power-user or implementation experience. Experience with Mode Analytics or Tableau. Basic understanding of SQL. Basic understanding of AI concepts and the ability to apply them to improve team effectiveness Knowledge of Netsuite and Workday. Experience in or knowledge of the digital health industry. Compensation This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
